X-Y Tool & Die, Inc. designs and builds high quality dies for aluminum foil container manufacturing as well as turnkey production systems for our customers, including stackers, uncoilers, air consoles, and any other necessary equipment. Our quality process means our dies are made of top grade tool steel, with hardened punches, hardened formers, hardened draw rings, built-in pistons, and built-in cushions or commercial cushions.

We also develop, design and manufacture rolled edge heat shield dies for the automotive industry. Sharp edges are eliminated, and the heat shield dies are ready to be combined with other forming dies.
